At Dalydress, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 14 days of delivery.

Log into your Dalydress account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a return authorization.

Pack Your Items

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return invoice inside the parcel.

Schedule a Pickup

Our courier partner will contact you within 48 hours to collect the package from your doorstep at your preferred time.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit within 7-10 business days.
